Engagifii (a Crescerance, Inc. brand) offers an integrated suite of software tools that empowers Associations to Improve Member Engagement and Grow Non-dues revenue. There are many technology solutions available to Associations today, and some do a great job of helping an Association operate more efficiently. At Engagifii, we realize a big gap exists when it comes to serving an Association’s Members, so we set out to fix this! Today, no other Association Management Software offers a more effective solution when it comes to improving communication and engagement with your Members. We created a brand and built a company around this singular goal - helping you improve Member Engagement.

Namit Bhatia

Chief Executive Officer
Namit has a track record of identifying problems across industries, from the IOT, FinTech and currently EDTech, by inventing technical solutions to address issues at scale. Namit is a strategic visionary that thinks outside of the box. He constantly drives global development teams to rise to the challenge and execute on solutions that shift industries. In the past decade, he invented & launched 6 products, 3 of which were during his tenure at Yahoo.

Andy Paul

Chief Operating Officer
With over 40 years’ experience, Andrew (Andy) Paul has been instrumental in leading software organizations through the cd rom revolution to the current internet/mobile app business environment. He developed a strong background in database applications software including GIS based solutions for site location, market segmentation using both demographic and psychographic analytic tools, and direct marketing.

Bob Walton

Chief Revenue Officer
Bob has over 20 years’ experience as a proven sales leader with a track record of successfully leading teams and scaling Software-as-a-Service companies. Prior to joining Crescerance, Bob founded a bootstrapped SaaS CRM & Marketing platform (BigContacts) and took it from idea to exit. Today, BigContacts serves 1,000+ small business customers around the globe in a hyper-competitive market with very well-funded competitors.

Mike Parker

Lead Architect
Mike brings over a decade's worth of experience in developing association management tools. From small features to large systems, Mike has designed them all. A graduate of the University of Georgia, Mike leads a team of developers and engineers as we continue to enhance our current systems and develop new products for the Associations we serve.

Mike Barcia

Customer Success Manager
Mike has over 5 years of experience as IT Manager at an association. In his previous role he was responsible for infrastructure and served as webmaster. He interfaced with every department to facilitate the integration of technology to aid in the association's mission, vision and goals. Mike has a strong background in database applications software including GIS based solutions, market segmentation using both demographic and psychographic analytic tools.

Matt Polovich

Sales Manager
With over 6 years experience in the Association Management space, Matt has helped organizations across the country improve Member Engagement and grow Non-dues Revenue. With a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and years of experience in implementing legislation, event management, and advocacy initiatives, Matt is a great resource for any association looking to create more value for its members.
